Accessibility

Last updated 23 September 2026.

We aim to meet WCAG 2.1 level AA. This page says what we actually test rather than claiming conformance we have not measured.

What this does not cover

Automated tools find perhaps a third of real accessibility problems. We have not commissioned an external audit and no disabled user has been paid to test this site, so we cannot honestly claim full conformance — only that every check we run passes and that the structure is built for it.

Two known limits. Job adverts are written by employers, so a listing's title and pay wording are reproduced as published, including any capitalisation or punctuation that reads oddly aloud. And the search results panel is rendered by a third-party component (Pagefind) that we have not separately audited.

Tell us

If something here is hard to use or does not work with your assistive technology, email [email protected] and say what you were trying to do. A specific report beats a general one and we would genuinely rather know. If you need a listing in another format, ask and we will send it.
