The board splits into role families. Each of these pages recounts its own field on every rebuild, so it describes what is open today rather than what was open when it was written.

Fields we cover too thinly for a page
A field gets a page of its own once we are listing 50 roles in it. Below that there is not enough to describe honestly, and a page saying so at length would be worse than this line. These are listed with what we do have, and the board facet still works:
- · Legal and compliance · 16 roles from 14 employers
They cross the line on their own as the board grows — nothing has to be written for that to happen, and a field that drops back below it loses its page again.
How a role lands in a family
From its title, by the first matching pattern, with the specific patterns tried before the broad ones — so a “Clinical Dental Director” is clinical rather than leadership. It is imperfect: a title that names no field at all lands nowhere, and 1,674 of 1,898 roles currently match a family. The rest are still on the board and in search; they just are not on one of these pages.
