For employers and recruiters

Post a role

£250 for four weeks, in front of people who came here because the pay is published.

henry.careers lists UK roles at £100,000 a year or more, and contracts at £500 a day or more. A sponsored posting puts your role at the top of that board for four weeks, clearly labelled as sponsored.

One posting, four weeks

£250

Launch rate. One role, one price — no tiers, no credits, no annual commitment.

Two conditions, and the second is the point

A sponsored posting has to meet the same bar as everything else here, and it has to state the pay.

That second one costs us postings and we are keeping it. The readers here are senior people who are tired of adverts that hide the number — on this board, 58.5% of listings state what they pay, which is why the audience is worth reaching. A sponsored listing that hid its salary would be the one advert on the page undermining the reason anyone came.

Paying changes where your role appears. It does not change whether it qualifies, and we will say so if it does not.

publish the figure

Those are counts of the board, refreshed daily, and you can check every one of them by browsing it.

What we are not going to tell you is how many people visit. The site launched in September 2026 and the honest answer is that the audience is small and new. We would rather say that than quote a number we cannot show the workings for — which is also the reason the rate is £250 rather than what the specialist boards charge. If traffic is what you are buying, come back in six months and ask us again; we will have figures by then and we will show them.

How to post one

Self-serve checkout is being built. Until it is live, email [email protected] with a link to the role and we will tell you within a working day whether it qualifies, before any money changes hands.

If it does not qualify we will say which condition it missed. Usually that is the salary, and usually it is fixable.
