What this site is
A jobs board that points to senior UK roles advertised elsewhere. Every listing links to the original advert, and applications happen there.
We are a jobs board rather than a recruiter. We do not take applications, hold CVs, collect candidate details, introduce or put forward candidates, screen or shortlist anyone, or act for either side in a hiring decision. We publish adverts and link to them, and we are not a party to anything that happens after you follow a link.
In law, though, a jobs board is treated as an employment agency under the Employment Agencies Act 1973 — so the rules written for agencies bind this site even though we do none of the placing. Three of them matter to you: job advertisements must not discriminate, we must be transparent about what we are doing, and we never charge a work-seeker a fee — not to see a listing, not to apply, not for anything. There is no paid tier for candidates and there will not be one.
What we say about pay, and what we do not
Listings are written by employers and recruiters. We summarise them and show the pay the advert states, quoting the wording it came from so you can check our reading. Where an advert states no pay we say “Pay not stated” and make no claim about what that employer pays — a role appears in that case because of the kind of role it is, and some of those will pay less than the headline bar. How this works sets that out in full.
We take care over it and we do not guarantee it. An advert can be wrong, withdrawn or filled before we notice, a figure can be a typo at source, and our reading of an unusual pay line can be mistaken. Check the original advert before relying on anything here, and treat the employer's own words as authoritative over ours.
Nothing here is advice
Pages on this site explain how UK tax thresholds, pay bands and benefits work. They are general information, correct for the tax year stated and sourced to HMRC and equivalent published material. They are not financial, tax, legal or career advice, they are not a recommendation, and they cannot take account of your circumstances. If you need advice about your own position, get it from someone who is qualified to give it and knows your situation.
If an advert here discriminates
Job advertisements must not discriminate on any protected characteristic. The adverts here are written by employers and recruiters, and we republish them — but we are responsible for what appears on this site, and we would rather take one down than leave it up.
If you see a listing you believe is discriminatory, tell us at [email protected] and name the listing. We will look at it the same working day and remove it while we do. You can also complain to the Employment Agency Standards Inspectorate, which can investigate agencies including this one — though we would rather you told us first, because we can act faster than anyone else can.
Corrections and removals
If you are an employer or recruiter and a listing is wrong, out of date or should not be here, tell us and we will correct or remove it — we would rather hear from you than have it stay wrong. Ask us to correct or remove a listing, or write to [email protected].
Content and reuse
Job titles, employer names and advertised pay belong to whoever published the advert. Our own writing — the summaries, the explainers and the research pages — belongs to Captivated Ltd. You are welcome to quote our research and figures with a link back; that is what they are for. Please do not republish the listings wholesale or scrape the site.
Availability and liability
The site is provided free and as-is. We do not promise it will be available without interruption or free of errors. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for loss arising from using it or from relying on a listing — including a role that turns out to pay less than advertised, or an opportunity missed. Nothing here limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded. If you are using the site as a consumer, your statutory rights are unaffected.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction.
