Leadership at £100,000+

What UK employers are advertising in leadership right now, what they disclose about pay, and where the roles are.

We are listing 133 leadership roles from 84 UK employers — 133 permanent at £100,000 a year or more. Every figure on this page is recounted when the board rebuilds, so it describes today rather than the day it was written.

What is disclosed

59 of the 133 permanent roles state a salary (44.4%). Those that do run £100,000 to £200,000 a year.

One figure dominates: 14 of the disclosed salaries here are the same number. That is a published pay scale rather than 14 separate offers, so the spread above says less about this family than its width suggests.

A further 25 advertise a range that starts below £100,000 and crosses it. They are listed under a tag naming their floor rather than the bar’s (decision 0002), and they are not counted in the range above.

Who is advertising

Ordered by how many roles each is advertising today. That is a fact about this week’s hiring, not a judgement about the employer — and it moves, so a name near the top means they are recruiting heavily now rather than that they are a better place to work.

Where the roles are

This is where the adverts are, which is not the same as where the work is. Our sources skew the picture, and the region page sets out how.

All of it is in the guide, which states facts and gives no advice.

Roles that never reach a board

A large share of hiring at this level goes through search firms and agencies rather than any job board, including this one. We publish no ranking of recruiters and explain why, but how to find and check one is worth reading alongside this page — including the fee you can never lawfully be asked for.
